Italki since 2021! I had the experience of teaching Japanese in Vietnam and the U.S. After obtaining my qualification as a Japanese teacher at school, I worked briefly as a Japanese teacher in Vietnam. At that time, I taught conversation-focused classes from beginner to business level. My lesson is NOT typical Japanese lesson that practice Japanese which native Japanese wouldn't say! With or without a textbook, it doesn't matter. Even if we use a text book, I don't follow too much. We can have a conversation whilst practicing "Natural Japanese"! Playing games, describing some situations or such... I'll adapt the lesson to the student!
