I have work experience in teaching business German and test preparation for all levels. And I follow polyglots because they have interesting learning techniques! In my lessons, I use videos with topics that the students prefer, because I think that we learn best when we deal with topics that we love to talk about. Now i want to improve my teaching Skill and help People learning the Language. I work since Oktober 2021 on Italki and have got some Experience by now. I think i am on a good way to become a decent Teacher. Since i had some Experience in the last year with teaching Children, and got the Enlightment that i am not good at it, i have made the decision to not teach Students below the Age of 15 anymore.

In my own experience, if you want to learn a language, the most effective and fun way is talking with a (native) speaker. My native language is German but I also speak English and a little French and dutch. The German I speak is "hochdeutsch" which means it is the standard German without a dialect. I also have some teaching experience: I have been tutoring other students for many years now, both in high school and at university. I always enjoy getting to meet new people this way.
