I guess some people have experienced that the doctor told them to watch food because of their high cholesterol levels on annual health check. I also heard that some of my friends worry about their cholesterol and they are watching what they eat. In my case, I think I need to lower my neutral fat as long as I see my medical findings. So, I googled what kind of food is good or bad for high cholesterol levels. I would like to share thee of each on good food and bad food for them here. Typical good food are as follows 1) Low Fat Meat. For example, chicken breasts, chicken tenderloin, beef fillets and Pork fillets. 2) Steamed and Boiled Dishes. 3) Fish and Soy product. On the other hand, typical bad food are 1) Fried Dishes. You should use a Teflon flying pans to reduce the amount of oil when you cook them. 2) High Fat Meat. For example, pork belly and beef libs. 3) High Trans Fatty Acids Food. Such as margarine and hydrogenated oils. Snacks and cakes include a lot of them. The point is that it is very important to eat good quality and proper amount of oil when we eat fat. Unfortunately, I love cakes and fried food. That's why I need to alter my diet and lifestyle even more.
