As I mentioned before, it has been said so far that electric vehicles[EV] is one of the most suitable candidates as the next generation vehicles. However, I came across an article online the other day that people all over the world started questioning their feature which is eco-friendly lately. Many people already know that EVs have some problems such as expensive price tag, short driving range and long charging time. On top of that, a very famous car maker "Volvo" reported the other day that carbon emissions from making EVs can be 70% higher than petrol engine vehicles. If batteries for EVs are worn out, it seems like they are having trouble throwing out because they have many harmful substance. That's why the demand for EVs across the world just started declining. On the flip side, hybrid electric cars started drawing a lot of attention these days. In Japan, many people already use hybrid electric cars. That's because they not only can save gas expenses but also have eco-friendly performance. They also can run long distance distance and it takes only a few minutes to fill up with gas. In the U.S, the domestic sales value in 2023 increased by 65% compared to pervious year for the first time in two years. EVs also increased by 51%, but both the sales value and the increase rate of hybrid electric cars were higher than those of EVs. The auto-show held in D.C this January said hybrid electric cars attracted a lot of guests that day. I have never had a hybrid electric car before. If I have opportunity to get my car next time, I think I'll have to consider it as well on behalf of the next generation vehicles.

I feel very tired these days. Sometimes I have to design and sometimes I have to teach. Sometimes, I watch live learning. Today, after doing housework for an hour, I was so tired that I sat on the sofa for an hour.

I got up at 8:30.Then,I asked my daughter to wake up.After washing our faces and hands.We got out to have breakfast.We eated noodles.Because I need to bring something to my law mother and father,so we went to the market and brought what we need to buy.Then we went home and had lunch with our family.After lunch,I talked with my law parents.By the way,I also took my little dog-tangyuan to the pet shop and had a washing.

Today is my cousin's birthday! We're all having dinner with my uncle's family, and it wouldn't be complete without a delicious cake. Every year, Mom's the one who brings the cake, and it's always a highlight. This year, she offered to bake one from scratch, which is sweet of her. But, no! I still have memories of her memorable chocolate mousse incident. So, with a gentle nudge in the right direction, I convinced her to stick with her original plan - buying one. This way, we can all focus on celebrating my cousin and avoid any potential cake-situation.
