Good day everyone. This is one of my first attempts to write something a bit longer than just a couple of sentences. I decided to do it because I finally made up my mind to go to a US university after my school graduation, so I have to start getting ready to write the essays. I know that's not gonna be an easy way, and yeah, it may take years for an international student like myself, but I hope with all the hard work and all that kind of stuff, I'll make it! But I know It's not only about hope and belief, so I'll put all I have to make my dream happen. Thank you for reading and/or correcting my post!

This is very well written. Only a couple of small corrections. "gonna" - this is not good written English. "going to" is much better. "all that kind of stuff" - you don't need this because it doesn't really say anything. "but I hope with a lot of hard work I'll make it" is better English. "It's" does not need a capital letter because it is not the first letter in the sentence. "it's not only about"... etc. good luck! :-)
