I usually go to sleep between 10pm to 11pm. Before I’ll go to bed, I take a shower, brush my teeth and clean my face (grammatically it's ok to say you clean your face however, we would wash your face when you took a shower.) If
I don’t feel tired, I will have a cup of night tea to help me fall asleep. Since I have had a hard time falling asleep this last month, I have been trying to improve my sleeping habits. Before going to bed, I have stopped using mobile devices and am trying new activities such as calming yoga exercises or reading instead.
