Untitled - XXV Japanease food has been so popular along this last decade. Everyone here from Brazil have an opinion about it and for now I will give you only the positive ones. People generally go through a few stages of apreciation on this cuisine when eating them for the first time and I would divide them into three: Stage 1: "This is not bad, but quite weird actually... However, I want to try it again to let me know if I can handle this with my friends next time." Stage 2: "Let's say this is interesting. Let's try putting more of this sauce this time... Hmmm, that's so soft. I liked it." Stage 3: "This stuff is delicious! But the funny thing is that it's so simple, I do not understand why this is so amazing!"
