I usually go to bed at 10 pm, but not really asleep, I play video games, watch tiktok, facebook, read some newspapers.... until I fell asleep, it takes about 1 hour later.

I usually go to bed at 10 pm, but I don't sleep yet. What I do is I play video games, watch tiktok, surf facebook and read some articles on newspaper, until I fall asleep - and it takes about an hour.
