I believe that the work of “market porter/carry” is very specific of my country, which is Brazil. In my opinion, it’s due to the low income of the Brazilian population. These deliverers take the groceries to the clientele’s home. They use a hand-cart to carry the shopping. What is this object called in your native language, and in your target language?

Oí Vicki! O carihno de mão é "brouette" em francês. Onde eu moro a gente usa o termo seguinte "barouette". Tem o verbo "barouetter", que se usa quando alguém ou qualquer coisa foi levado ou colocado sem ter cuidado. Os carregadores de compras deverem ser cuidadosos! sinão, não receberiam dinheiros!
