Hi, I’m Victor Li, a native Mandarin speaker and CTCSOL-certified language instructor with 10 years of full-time teaching experience. I was born and raised in Xi’an, a historic ancient city in central China, and I’ve traveled all across China, so I can share authentic local culture in class. I’ve taught hundreds of students from the United States: high school AP learners, college Chinese majors, business workers and second-generation Chinese-American kids. I speak fluent English and can clearly explain complex grammar rules without language barriers. In my spare time, I love traveling around China and listening to symphonic music. I often combine these hobbies into our lessons to make Mandarin lively and interesting.
