Since I was young, I’d watch a lot of TV shows. — I personally think ‘When I was young’ sounds more natural here but I am just wondering if my intended meaning would be clearer if I say like this. (In my native language, those are pretty much interchangeable but the first one sounds like putting more emphasis on duration of action. On the other hand, the later sounds more focusing on the period of time. What I wanted to imply in that sentence is that I started to watch a lot of TV programmes when I was young, then I watched them a lot when I was young, but I don’t watch them anymore. —there are couple of sentences that I would say in this case. (I) When I was young, I used to watch a lot of TV programmes. (2) Since I was young, I used to watch a lot of TV programmes (Does it work?) (3) Since I was young, I’d watch a lot of TV programmes (4) Since when I was young, I had watched a lot of TV programmes Maybe this is not too much about the topic, but I just don’t want to make this post too long :-) 😊

My a little review of "Queens' Gambit". Hi there! I am more than just confident that most of you already saw the Tv-show because of its hipe and popularity. Not for nothing, the series ranks first place in a number of views over the history of Netflix. And recently I have joined that to such an amount. "Queens' Gambit", in the first place I should say, a show grounded on a book which in its turn is founded on real chess historical events. And so, the main character of all - Elizabeth Harmon also has got a real prototype - Robert Fisher, who is considered as one of the greatest chess players of all time. I guess that is why the story appears so natural, singularly in terms of the chess part. This is a case when you don't have any clue what's going on boards of players (though I am fairly acquainted with chess rules), yet it does not disturb you at all, and on the contrary, you keep watching with enormous curiosity and intrigue. And apart from a chess line, a line of Beth can't leave you insensitive. The story of a poor orphan who always has not been like other girls, who got a drug addiction already as nine years old, who wasn't able to understand the real world, but was phenomenal at chess' world. Who finally had found someone close to her, and lost it. Who tries the best to live in a normal way, but screws it up and wastes soberness. The story of how it is hard to find self, even when you are so talented and popular, but still alone. I wish I could text farther, but the word's limit minds, I suppose. So I persuasively advise those who haven't seen the show yet, check it out shortly, you will not be disappointed.

Lige nu ser jeg og min kæreste 'This Is Us' sammen. Det er et virkelig følelsesmæssigt program om familie, og problemerne leve kaster på dig. Vi nyder det meget, men det er det eneste program vi ser sammen, for hun har virkelig dårlig smag. Jeg prøvede at få hende at se 'The Sopranos' men hun kunne ikke lide det. Generally I don’t like to watch a TV Show, because I think it for a stupid people. Not all, but a lot of. I started to watch one show 10 years ago. It is Master Shef. I was interested in cooking and I loved this show very fast. It’s been 10 years. I watch this show only for want to eat. 😄 The food is a very beautiful there, so if I see this I can to eat all fridge.
