Elisa is a wonderful teacher. She is very kind and patient. She has a phenomenal ability to explain difficult or cumbersome topics encountered during language learning in ways that are easy to understand. She makes language learning a pleasure. Thank you, Elisa!

Elisa teaches by a very special form of something I would call "attentive immersion". Somehow we spoke Italian from day one. Don’t ask me how - all I started with was bits and pieces of Italian, that I remembered from travel phrase books! After testing me for a bit in the trial lesson Elisa dropped me in at the deep end without hesitating. There she watches me flap around in her attentive and patient way and throws me bits and pieces of vocabulary and grammar that come in useful. And that might be where the magic lies, her ability to know what you need to enable you to say what you're trying to say! After each lesson I feel I have absorbed so much that my head is full to bursting. It’s so worth it!

Elisa is a great teacher, even when we are tired and having a bad day she is very patient and keeps our whole group engaged. :) :)

She always has things up her sleeve, a wide variety of materials and is prepared to help you what you ask or want!! And the best is that she has the skill to make it seem easy, you never feel overwhelmed or intimidated by the langauge and you feel like you can learn the language! Best prof ever!
