Why it's hard to improve ourselves.
Everyone
knows how hard
it is to start new things. A new Job, a relationship, move to a new city. In fact, there is a
scientific explanation for this. A simple
explanation in fact.
Our brain was designed to understand
stuff around us, and like everything in this world it's demanded energy. There is no problem in this because our brain is connected in our body, and we have this capacity: transform meal in energy. Perfect.
But, after we understand the base for us living, our body must respect another "physic rules".
The less energy we spend,
the better for us.
So, if you want more than sufficient, you need to
be doing more than
the basic.
It is a simple idea, hard to practice. Notice how rare
it is that we find a high level sports athlete or a genius in math or linguistics. It's hard because they would be more stronger than yours instincts. They broke a law that to say: safe energy.
If you want to conquer complicated things, you need to break your system too
