    Daily exercise #6 I have nothing but the desire to discover new podcasts. Aside from all the stuff I've listened to in the last months, I think there are tons of things that are notable in the media. A friend of mine recommended me to listen to Code Switch from NPR, and I couldn't be more thankful to her for that suggestion. A month ago while I was watching a video of Trevor Noah, I came across an interview of him on a podcast called The Argument, since then, I’ve listened to many episodes of this podcast. This is hosted by Jane Coaston and I completely love the way she manages it. She brings to the table real interesting topics and invites experts to share their points of view about them. Although there are some episodes that I can’t fully understand, I’ll be listening to this podcast and will be looking for new recommendations. Hence if you have a podcast you like to listen to a lot, let me know so I can listen to it.

    Soy vegetariana porque no me gusta comer los animales. Antes de estaba una vegetariana y comé carne, el flavor fue nunca mi favorita. A mi, prefiero no comer carne, especialmente porque la idea hacéme triste ahora.

    Cuando viajo, prefiero un avión si estoy yendo de los Estados Unidos a un otro país. Sin embargo, si estoy en un país o continente como Europa con un tren rapido, pues prefiero viajar con un tren porque usualmente lo es barato.

    El ejercicio físico he cambiado mi vida porque lo me hacía a vivir una vida saluda. También me encanto jugar los deportes con amigos y he me encontrado muchos amigos nuevos a jugando los deportes, especialmente Ultimate Frisbee.

    Pienso que comer azúcar es no malo para la salud si lo comes en moderación. Sin embargo, pienso que no debes a dar azúcar de niños mientras posible porque es no necesario para sus dieta.
