We must protect the environment and do something we can.Such as,we can live a low-carbon life ,save flowing water,turn off the lights when you go out and show the simple things to people that can raise the awareness of it.All in all,it is important toprotect the earth in the face of extreme weather.

I have just experienced a extreme weather last saturday. The weather forecast told me that it would be a storm in the weekend, everyone should be stay home, stay safe. I really didn't want to go outside, but I had to go the doctor for a check. I drove to a hospital where was 40 kilometres aways from my home. On the way to there, it's sunny. I slowly became relaxed. I even doubted that the forecast was wrong. At that moment, I thought nothing was serious, But everything changed later. The blue sky was suddenly covered by dark clouds. I felt stuffy. I made a decesion which I think is completely correct now. I went home as quickly as possible.Before I almost got home, a strong wind with numerous soybean size raindrops hit on the windshield. It made a scared sound. I saw the raindrops landed on the ground which created a flood all of a sudden. I looked for a flat and high place then parked my car. I treid my best to get into my apartment, though it's just ten metres away from my car. Later, I saw many cars were washed away by the flood online , even I heard that two people died due to the flood. Oh, nature doesn't need any challenges from human beings.

The book that has been stuck in my memory since I've read it is "Silent Patient", due to its thriller motifs, mystery elements and a shocking plot twist that makes you rethink the whole novel it has been one of my favorites for years.

Everything has its pros and cons. Likewise online communication also has its pros and cons. Some pros of online communication are: *It is an easy way to find or to connect with people arounds the world. *As one can commucate with people arounds the world, it gives a opportunity to explore different cultures, regions, learn different languages. *It is cost friendly. Some cons are: *You need a bug free web with good network connection, otherwise it can be hurdle in ongoing communication. *Could be that one can't feel fully connected with the person beyond the screen. *It reduces time.

I think the manual workers are more likely to be replaced, because robots have better physical fitness than humans. But AI can’t understand the mood of humans, so the jobs which can provide emotional value may not be replaced, such as psychologists.

This is an idiom I discussed in a lesson with a young student. 😀
