Mash the boiled sweet potatoes, mix with the other ingredients, shape them into small sweet potatoes and bake them. It takes about 30 minutes. Homemade sweet potato cakes are lower in calories than other snacks and my children enjoyed eating it, so I'm going to make sweet potato cakes again😊

Last weekend, ITZY had a fan meeting for three days. I went to all three days. I met many friends who are ITZY fans called MIDZY, and we ate meals together. It was so much fun. Every day for three days was really fun, but the last day was the most special for me. ITZY members came very close to the audience. I could see them very near, and I was really moved. Their smiles and performances were amazing. I felt so happy and lucky to be there. I realized again how much I love ITZY. From now on, I want to support them even more because they always give me energy and happiness.
