Making suggestions is an essential skill when you want to offer advice or ideas to someone. So, 
let's dive right in and explore these five useful ways to make suggestions.

And there you have it, five useful ways to make suggestions in English. Let's do a quick

2. "Why don’t you… ?" for offering suggestions to someone who's unsure.

Halo, Apa kabar semua! Bagaimana akhir minggu kalian?
Karena kemarin adalah hari libur, jadi saya santai di rumah, terus saya pergi berjalan-jalan ke mall. Saya hanya melihat-lihat di toko, untuk “cuci mata”. Kalian tahu arti kata “cuci mata”? Di Bahasa Inggris artinya “window shopping”, di Bahasa Jepang juga artinya sama ya, “ウィンドウショッピング. Menurut saya, kadang-kadang “cuci mata” itu penting, untuk membuat pikiran jadi ringan. 
Waktu pandemi satu tahun lalu, hobi saya bertambah satu, yaitu “cuci mata” di toko-toko online haha… Bagaimana dengan kalian? Kalian juga suka “cuci mata”? Ok, Hari ini sampai di sini ya! Sampai jumpa lagi! ^^

 Estou perdido! — SMALL TALK IN PORTUGUESE (B1-C1 LEVEL)

Mafalda es un personaje de historieta creado hace más de 60 años por Quino, un humorista gráfico argentino. ¡Pero atención! Aunque es un personaje "viejo", sus ideas siguen siendo superactuales. Ella se cuestiona el mundo, desde los grandes temas hasta las cosas más cotidianas, y nos ayuda a pensar como adultos y a salir del pensamiento rutinario.

📌 Por ejemplo, Mafalda le pregunta a su mamá:
— Mamá, ¿vos qué harías si vivieras?
¡Un ataque directo a la rutina doméstica!

Y sí, es un humor difícil de entender algunas veces, por lo que en mi opinión es un muy buen material de aprendizaje para extranjeros, porque nos ayuda a entender cosas que no están escritas explícitamente. 

En sus historietas, se abordan temas universales como familia, política, escuela, amigos, el mundo, todo. 

📌 Otra frase muy conocida de Mafalda es: “El problema es que hay más gente interesada que gente interesante”, ciertamente un enunciado muy locuaz que deja entrever el interés por el dinero y el poder de algunas personas. 

Y si venís a Buenos Aires y te gusta Mafalda, no podés perderte el PASEO DE LA HISTORIETA. Es un recorrido al aire libre que celebra a los personajes de los cómics argentinos.

El paseo comienza en el barrio de San Telmo. Ahí está la famosísima estatua de Mafalda sentada en un banco en una esquina, donde todos los transeúntes acostumbran a sacarse fotografías con ella. 

📸 Consejo viajero: ¡andá temprano si querés sacarte una foto solo con Mafalda! Porque siempre hay fila. Siempre.

Y desde ahí, luego podés seguir caminando y encontrar estatuas de otros personajes de la historieta argentina. Es como un museo al aire libre, pero sin paredes y gratis. 

Y así termina nuestro episodio de hoy sobre Mafalda, la niña que cuestiona al mundo con una sonrisa, y también con cara de pocos amigos.
