そう、"さつ"と言います！

3冊　さんさつ
4冊　よんさつ
5冊　ごさつ

と、本は"さつ"といいます。

たとえば、

「としょかんで、本を5冊かりました。」

「私はまんがを2冊かいました。」

と言います。

ほかにも、"かん"ともいいます。

5巻　ごかん

たとえば、こんなふうにいいます。
