こんにちは！
Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を楽しく勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

ぼくの日常生活の話を聞くことで、日本語のリスニングをよくしたり、新しい言葉を知ってもらえたらいいなと思います。


ぼくと妻は今週からトルコに来ています。
その話です。

今日のトルコ、イスタンブールの気温は14℃です。
涼しい、というより少し寒いですね。

今日でトルコに来て5日目です。
感触は良いです。

ー感触(かんしょく)は普通さわったときの感じを言います。
ここで使っている感触は良いです、は、ここに来て、好きなものがある、とか、嫌なことが少ない、とか、生活できそうな気がする、みたいな意味で使っています。

とても良い感じ、ということですね。
景色、人、食べ物、物価など、生活するのにとても良いと思います。これはまた少しずつ話します。

いやだなぁと感じることは、タバコがどこでも吸えることと、そのタバコをどこでも捨てること、ですね。
他の人のタバコの煙、副流煙(ふくりゅうえん)と言いますが、それが多いです。間違いなく、日本より多いです。


本題です。
ぼくたちは、イスタンブールには3か月ぐらいいる予定です。今の場所には1か月、滞在します。


ですので、生活をととのえることが必要です。
生活をととのえる、とは、
毎日ここに住むために必要なものを買ったり、
部屋の中を整理したり、
ルーティンを決めることです。

具体的には、

食事に必要なオリーブオイルや米を買いました。
調味料はとりあえず塩だけ買いました。
それから、部屋にチェストと棚があるので、日常的に使うものだけ、スーツケースから出して入れました。
ルーティンは日本に住んでいた時と似ていますが、起きたら歩くか走る、帰ってきたらトレーニングをして、シャワーを浴びます。その後朝ご飯を食べて、日本語のレッスンをします。

いろんなことが決まると気持ちが落ち着きます。
安心しますね。
毎日、同じようなリズムで生きることを大切にしたいなと思います。
