大家好，我是Yuli。这是我的第7期播客。
今天想和大家聊一聊“梦想”。
大家还记得自己小时候的梦想是什么吗？我小时候的梦想是开一家卖零食的小商店，这样我就可以有吃不完的零食了。我从来没有想过我要当一名老师，因为我觉得老师的工作很单调。那个时候，我的老师们重复地教着一样的课本，一样的内容。我觉得这不是我喜欢的工作，我很快就会厌倦的。
但是命运很神奇，长大后，我竟然成为了一名老师。我为什么会做我曾经很讨厌的工作呢？因为我发现，老师的工作也可以很不一样。
第一，我可以教学生各种各样的知识，不只是课本的内容。我们还会通过视频、图片来学习中文。我们也会聊各种各样的话题，分享自己的看法。
第二，做这个工作我可以发挥自己的创造力。我总是思考可以用什么资料和什么方法给学生上课。根据学生的表现，我会一直改善我的课堂。
最后一点，也是最重要的一点，做这份工作让我觉得很有成就感。因为我帮助学生把中文学得更好，他们在生活和工作中可以用到。每次看到学生因为会说中文而生活发生改变的时候，我都很替他们高兴。

 Ciao a tutti/e! Oggi il nostro podcast  esplora le affascinanti storie e leggende di uno dei dolci più amati del nostro paese. Parleremo di uno dei dolci natalizi più iconici: il panettone. Scopriremo insieme le sue origini medievali, le tradizioni e le leggende che lo circondano, e la sua evoluzione nel corso dei secoli.

Dalle prime testimonianze documentate nel 1470, passando per le ricette dei cuochi rinascimentali, fino alle innovazioni del XX secolo, il panettone ha una storia ricca di curiosità e cambiamenti. Vi racconteremo di come un semplice pane di frumento si sia trasformato in un dolce arricchito con burro, uova, zucchero e canditi, diventando un simbolo delle festività natalizie in Italia e nel mondo.

Non mancheranno le leggende che hanno contribuito al fascino del panettone, come quella del garzone di Ludovico il Moro e del falconiere innamorato. Concluderemo parlando del panettone moderno, dalla produzione artigianale a quella industriale, e di come continua a essere celebrato oggi.
