きのうは、私が今まで、どんな風に自分のことを言ってきたのか、お話しました。

今日は、【ぼく】と【おれ】について、話します。

まず、私は一度も自分のことを

【ぼく】や【おれ】と言ったことはありません。

男性と女性で、決まっているわけではありません。
私も決めたくないですが‥

【ぼく】と【おれ】をつかうのは、いまのところ、男性が多いです。

私の弟は、【ぼく】と【おれ】を使います。

はい、両方(りょうほう)とも、使います。

【ぼく】というときは、仕事のときや、
はじめて会う人と話すときです。

【おれ】というときは、家族や友達と話すときだけです。

ちなみに、私の父は【私】と【おれ】をつかいます。
仕事のときは【私】で、家族と話すときは【おれ】です。
このように、自分の言い方は、

どこで話すのか、

だれと話すのか、

それによって、ちがうと思います。

多くの日本人は、使いわけていると思います。

たまに、はじめて会う人で、
【おれ】を使う人がいます。

そのときは、どう思うかと言うと‥

失礼(しつれい)な人だな！とは思いません。

でも、丁寧(ていねい)な人だな〜とも、思いません😅

むずかしいところですね。

77. おれを使うときはよく考えて/私、ぼく、おれなどの自分の言い方②

カレンダーでは休みじゃないのに、日本人がみんな休みを取る「お盆（ぼん）」がやってきました。故郷（ふるさと）に親戚（しんせき）が集まって、お墓参り（おはかまいり）をします。アイコンの野菜が何だか、わかりますか。このキュウリやナスは「馬」です。お盆のかざりです。亡（な）くなったおじいちゃんやおばあちゃんが、これに乗って、あちらの世界（せかい）からこちらの世界に遊びに来るそうです。「キャー、こわ～い！」なんてことはなくて、今はもう会えない人のことを、静（しず）かに静かに考える行事なんです。みなさんの会いたい人は、だれですか。

一部、小さいころの私と「お父ちゃん」が関西弁（かんさいべん kansai dialect）で、話しています。意味はスクリプトに書いてあるので、興味（きょうみ）があったら、見てください。

第22話　お盆が来る。

There are some key differences between negotiating in person versus doing so virtually. When meeting face-to-face, it is easier to build rapport and trust with the other party. Seeing someone's facial expressions and body language helps both sides understand the other's perspective. It is also simpler to have informal side conversations that can move the negotiation forward in a more fluid, organic way. However, in-person negotiations require more planning, travel time and costs associated with getting everyone together physically.

Virtual negotiations conducted via videoconference or phone eliminate the need for travel but make establishing rapport more challenging. Without in-person cues it is harder to read another party's reactions and know when to push further on an issue or concede a point. Technical difficulties can also potentially hamper the flow of virtual discussions. However, virtual formats have increased flexibility as negotiators can connect from anywhere at any time based on their schedules. Exchanging revised offers and documents is also simpler digitally.

While building trust is tougher online, maintaining detailed notes and finding ways to personalize virtual interactions such as using video can help overcome some of the impersonal aspects. With practice and the right strategies, negotiators can develop their virtual skills just as effectively as doing deals in a traditional face-to-face setting. Both in-person and virtual negotiations have pros and cons, so understanding these differences can optimize outcomes regardless of format.

On the Italian island of Budelli, visitors like to look at a place called Spiaggia Rosa, a beautiful beach where the sand is pink.

But those visitors can only look — they can't touch the sand.

That's because the authorities want to preserve the beach. In the past, people have been seen taking the sand home with them.

Anyone who breaks the rules will be punished, as a Brazilian influencer has found out.

The travel influencer, who has more than 35,000 Instagram followers, took videos of herself walking on the beach and posted them online.

Italian websites said the woman had taken a boat to the beach so she could walk on the sand.

Tourists can visit the island and walk on a path behind the beach, but no one has been allowed on the sand or in the water around it since the 1990s.

Italians weren't happy when the influencer's videos were seen online.

While she had already left the island, the authorities were able to find her in Dubai, where she lives, and they fined her almost $2,000.

About $300 of the fine was for walking on the beach, and the rest was for using a boat that wasn't allowed to travel to the island.

Authorities say there are signs telling people they cannot enter the area.

No one lives on the island, which is just north of the large island of Sardinia.

However, a man whose boat broke down nearby lived on the island for more than 30 years until he was told to leave in 2021.
