By bringing together experts from various areas like engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and operations, cross-functional teams are able to tackle complex problems and opportunities from multiple perspectives. Each member brings their unique skills, knowledge, and viewpoints to the project, helping identify issues or opportunities that others may have missed. They also break down silos that can form between departments, facilitating communication and ensuring all angles are considered. While cross-functional collaboration does require more coordination up front to align diverse team members, it ultimately leads to better outcomes by leveraging the collective expertise across an organization. Example:
Launching a New Product: Imagine a company developing a new fitness tracker. Meanwhile, the Engineering team collaborates with the Design team to ensure the tracker is user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Finally, the Manufacturing team works with the Supply Chain team to source materials and ensure production runs smoothly. This cross-functional collaboration ensures a successful launch that considers all aspects, from user experience to market demand and production feasibility.

In italiano il verbo Piacere è il verbo che si usa per esprimere i gusti. È un verbo  irregolare e si usa

normalmente nelle forme:

-piace (terza persona singolare) e -piacciono (terza persona

plurale),

precedute dai pronomi indiretti

io= -mi

tu= -ti

lui/lei= -gli/le

noi=-ci

voi= -vi

loro= gli

Per la terza persona singolare ci sono due pronomi:

-gli per il maschile (a lui)

-le  per il femminile (a lei);

per la terza persona plurale, invece, c’è solo il pronome gli per

il maschile e il femminile.

Esempi

• A Maria piace il caffè. • Le piace il caffè.

• A Ugo piace ascoltare la musica. • Gli piace ascoltare la musica

• A Maria e Ugo piace viaggiare. • Gli piace viaggiare.

per la terza persona plurale, c’è solo il pronome gli per

il maschile e il femminile.

Sinonimi per non usare "mi piace" in italiano


Mi fa impazzire!= per dire che qualcosa piace davvero molto). Esempio:       
     Il tiramisù mi fa impazzire!

Non mi dispiace=  (per indicare che qualcosa ti piace ma non troppo). 

amo/adoro= per esprimere un piacere profondo).

日本語教師の試験があったので、試験勉強をしていました。

昨日試験が終わりましたので、またこのPodcastも再開します。

さて、今回は慣用句の続きについて話します。
101-108まで慣用句シリーズをしていたので、その続きをしますね。

今回は胸の慣用句です。

① 胸が熱くなるーむねがあつくなる
感動がこみ上げること。
胸がジーンとすること。
ー映画を見て、胸が熱くなる。
などと使います。

② 胸騒ぎがするーむなさわぎがする
不安や期待などで心が落ち着かないこと。
ー今日はなんか胸騒ぎがする。
などと使います。

③ 胸を焦がすーむねをこがす
思いわずらう。思いがつのること。
ー彼を思い胸を焦がす。
などと使います。

胸を使う慣用句は、感情や気持ちを表すものが多いです。
今回の慣用句もドラマやアニメなどで使われることが多いと思います。テレビなどを見る時、気にしながら見てみてくださいね！
