"The software team at my client's company was struggling to complete their new product on time. As the project manager, my client knew he needed to improve communication across functions. He started weekly check-ins where engineering, design, product and marketing all presented updates and issues. This exposed dependencies between teams. For example, when engineering outlined a complex new feature, product argued it didn't align with goals and design flagged UI challenges. Rather than pushing back, each team offered suggestions to solve the other's problems.

This collaborative approach helped teams understand different perspectives. When later design presented mockups, engineering asked thoughtful questions about underlying assumptions. They found ways to simplify the feature while still meeting user needs. Similarly, when marketing had concerns about the launch date, product and engineering worked together to identify what could be cut or delayed without compromising the vision.

By the next check-in, dependencies were untangled and teams made better decisions together. Managers saw improved morale as people felt heard and helped each other. The transparent discussions gave confidence that the product was on track when minor issues did arise. In the end, my client's company launched their new software ahead of schedule with rave reviews. 電気自動車が買えるように、貯金しています。
「ように」は、将来「こうなってほしい」こと、目標（もくひょう）、期待（きたい）、希望（きぼう）を言うことができます。接続できる動詞は、可能形、無意志動詞、三人称（the third person）が主語になる動詞と接続することができます。少し難しい説明ですね。
日本が話せるように、毎日勉強します。「話せる」は可能動詞です。
無意志動詞（non-volitional verb）って何ですか。たとえば、毎日ファーストフードは体によくないです。「病気にならないように、毎日きちんと食べています」。「病気になる」のに、自分の意志（will）はありませんね。
これはどうですか。「早く風邪が治るように、家で休んでいます」。これも意志がありません。
メガネがありません。字が見えません。「字を見るように、メガネをかけます」。これはどうですか。「私が字を見る」という私の意志がありますね。「字が見えるように、メガネをかけます」
では、これはどうでしょうか。「子どもが野菜を食べるように、工夫している」これは、大丈夫です。主語は子供です。私ではありません。主語の子供は三人称（the third person）です。
わかりますか。
では、これはどうですか。「試験でいい成績を残すように、がんばります」少しおかしいですね。試験で成績を残すのは、私です。私が成績を残すんです。だから、「試験でいい成績が残せるように、がんばります」と可能形にします。
「みんなの日本語」42課に「のために」が出てきます。「ように」と「ために」を比べてみてくださいね。
例文を何度も言ってみてください。
日本語を話せるように、毎日勉強します。
家が買えるように、貯金しています。

A los españoles nos encantan las expresiones, tenemos un montón, y es común que en ellas usemos muchas cosas del día a día, desde números, hasta animales, pasando por colores y mencionando el cuerpo humano, que es de lo que vamos a hablar hoy. En el episodio de esta semana vamos a ver algunas expresiones en español que usan partes del cuerpo humano.
