Mô tả
No teaching, just deliberate repetition of the one thing that has to become automatic: the verb. For each of 20 everyday verbs you produce eight forms, always in the same order and always aloud, in the gap before the model: present, past, future, negative past, question, must, let's, and can't. That's -ഉന്നു, the past, -ഉം, past + ഇല്ല, -ഓ, -അണം, -ആം and -ആൻ പറ്റില്ല. Do it once a week in the car or kitchen. A verb you can only recognise isn't one you can use. Words and phrases in this class: ഞാൻ കഴിക്കുന്നു (njaan kazhikkunnu) – I eat ഞാൻ കഴിച്ചു (njaan kazhichu) – I ate ഞാൻ കഴിക്കും (njaan kazhikkum) – I will eat ഞാൻ കഴിച്ചില്ല (njaan kazhichilla) – I didn't eat നീ കഴിച്ചോ? (nee kazhicho?) – did you eat? എനിക്ക് കഴിക്കണം (enikku kazhikkanam) – I must eat നമുക്ക് കഴിക്കാം (namukku kazhikkaam) – let's eat എനിക്ക് കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല (enikku kazhikkaan pattilla) – I can't eat ഞാൻ പോയി (njaan poyi) – I went ഞാൻ വന്നു (njaan vannu) – I came ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു (njaan paranju) – I said ഞാൻ ചെയ്തു (njaan cheythu) – I did In this class: • The eight forms and their fixed order • Twenty high-frequency verbs, from കഴിക്കുക to വിളിക്കുക • Answering in the gap before the model • A weekly twelve-minute routine to make verbs automatic Quizzes below.
