粤读时光，看见生命中嘅光。

前几日我喺得到睇到一个爸爸嘅分享，
佢讲咗自己点样帮自己个女克服一个人训教嘅恐惧。

佢个女细个嗰时都系同爸爸妈妈一齐训嘅，
后来，佢个女大个小小，
佢哋就帮佢个女布置咗一个佢中意嘅房，
有好多公仔，
不过佢训到半夜，
仲系会一醒就过去揾妈妈。

后来，佢觉得呢个唔系办法， 
于是就同佢个女倾下，
佢个女话佢醒咗之后就训唔着，
但系同妈妈或者嫲嫲一齐嗰时，
就可以训着。

跟住佢就分享咗自己细个嗰时嘅方法，
佢同佢个女话，
我细个训唔着嗰时，
就会将张被拱起身，
好似一个山洞咁，
跟住自己同自己讲鲁滨逊嘅古仔，
谂吓鲁滨逊探险嗰时撞到咗乜嘢，
跟住要点样做。

佢建议佢个女用呢个方法，
自己作一个古仔，
氹自己训教。

不过一开始，佢做唔到，
半夜仲系会喺门口喊。

跟住佢就用第二个方法，
鼓励佢，
佢同个女讲，
你宜家已经迈出咗第一步，
你可以自己训着，
而且醒咗之后都冇即可揾妈妈，
而系尝试自己克服不安，
失败咗先去揾妈妈。

下面我哋要再迈一小步，
睇下可唔可以醒咗之后，
自己咪埋眼，
一个人再训着。

其实嗰时佢个女好难过，
因为佢夜晚发咗一个梦，
梦入面有一只好似成年人咁大嘅狗，
佢惊自己一个人训嗰时又会见到呢只大狗。

跟住我就用哈利波特入面，
卢平教授教哈利克服自己惊嘅嘢嘅方法，
令呢个恐怖嘅嘢变得好笑。

跟住我哋就开始想象佢见到嘅嗰只狗，
有一个红色嘅鼻，
带一顶搞笑嘅帽，
着住鲜艳嘅衫，
跟住佢个女觉得呢只狗变成咗一个吉祥物，
佢甚至有啲中意呢只狗。
就咁样，
佢就开心咁同意咗再迈出一步。

后来过咗半个月，
佢哋终于解决佢个女唔敢一个人训教嘅问题啦。

教育小朋友真系一件好需要耐心嘅事，
有时候小朋友会惊，
呢个时候父母唔应该闹佢哋，
或者取笑佢哋，
而系应该耐心咁帮佢克服内心嘅恐惧，
成年人其实都有惊嘅嘢，
更何况系得几岁大嘅小朋友呢。

俾多啲耐心、帮助同引导佢哋，
小朋友肯定可以克服成长路上嘅困难嘅。
