这么普通、日常的内容，怎么就火了呢？事实给出了答案。不仅有人想知道“如何坐高铁？”，还有人想知道“如何坐飞机？”“如何叫网约车？”“如何办护照？”等等。
因为年龄、地域、受教育程度不同，很多看起来很常识性的事情，就是有人不知道。一个人习以为常的每件小事，都可能是另一个人的生活盲区。看见不被看见的需要，不仅是对别人的一种帮助，而且也可能是你成功的机会。
