鳥取県は、全国で一番人口の少ない県として有名です。2015年まで県内にスターバックスがなかったくらいです。その一方で、一部のアニメファンには「聖地」として支持されています。中でも「妖怪（ようかい）」に関しては、ほとんどテーマパークのような町さえあります。ん？妖怪ってなんだ？と思った方、日本の、ちょっとおもしろい民間伝承なので、聞いてみてください。今回は、ハルカちゃん、がんばってます！

Leaders tell stories to inspire their employees and to help them see what’s possible or to teach them something. They also tell investors, donors, board members, and others impact stories that reassure them their time and money are working. 

Business stories hold so much potential that I think they should be told every single day in workplace interactions! 

Even if you don’t identify as a storyteller, you will be prompted to tell stories at times in your career. But most people are not natural-born storytellers. It’s a skill that takes training and practice.
