Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced something similar or has advice on how to proceed.
About ten days ago, I accidentally paid twice for the same lesson package due to what seemed to be a glitch in the italki payment system. I only intended to purchase one package and contacted support immediately requesting a refund for the duplicate payment.
After several automated replies from the bot, I was finally connected to a support agent who confirmed that a system issue had prevented the refund from being processed. They said their team is working on fixing it, but I still haven’t received the refund yet.
Has anyone had this happen before? How long did it take for your refund to come through after a system issue like this? Any advice on how to follow up effectively?
