I tried to write a book in IT field. but after a while i got fed up with it. I'm thinking of write an article and publish it in journals. Writing a book in English requires mastery which i don't see that in myself.

If you say 'which' in a sentence, don't use 'that' to refer to the same thing. It is tautologous.
