Hi! My name is Anmol, and I currently find myself looking for a tutor that I can learn Mandarin Chinese with! My aim is to become at least somewhat conversational prior to my upcoming trip to China within the next 2 months, and while I do realize that the goal that I have set for myself is rather improbable, the only reason I am planning to adhere to such a goal, is to simply be able to have something of a target to work towards. In general, I intend to continue learning Chinese even after I am done with my trip to China, provided that I can find a suitable tutor that is experienced in helping students build their skills from scratch, rapidly. Speaking of which, at the moment I don't have any knowledge of the language, and I will basically be starting from zero, although I am willing to work as much as necessary, to bring myself up to speed. Additionally, I am planning to try and have at least one lesson a week going forward, depending upon our collective schedules obviously. As a result, if you are a tutor, please feel free to comment on my post, especially if you are experienced in helping students with similar goals to mine, as I would like to get started right away. Any inconvenience caused by my post, to other language learners is regretted, I have tried contacting numerous Chinese tutors, but have not received any responses from anyone, which is why I have made a post here in the community.
