Hie Sayuri. Great work just some few errors. PLANES means aircraft eg airplanes. The word you needed was plan.

If you didn't feel it was necessary, It would be a waste of money. (2nd conditional structure: if + past simple, ...would + infinitive)

This will help me a lot. If I feel good after shopping, then I don't have to quit it, but I still think I don't have that much money/my budget is low.
