I like very much all the books written by Jo Nesbo. He's a Norwegian writer and I'd read his books in Spanish.

Still a newbie in Spanish, so I enjoyed reading slightly simplified versions of the stories Marcelino Pan y Vino and Las Inquietudes de Shanti Andía.

In English, I read Ken Follett's Pillars of the Earth years ago back when I was still learning the language. It took me a long time to finish it, but it was such a good story it helped keep me going when I was struggling to understand parts of it.

I like all books written by Darren Hardy, specially that book called "The compound effect"
