Minimum Effective Dose
What is your minimum effective dose regarding language learning? ( minimum amount of work you will do per day or per week to assure consistency in the process) And it is rather formal or informal in the methods? (reading, talking with someone,etc)

I think the most important things are: (1) vary the stimulus (2) do a bit every day (3) keep it fun. So I would intuitively say the minimum effective dose would be ~20 minutes per day keeping in mind the previous 3 poins.
