Well, I am learning English for many years, but I seem to drop into a blackhole where I cannot take a step forward yet. All the time, i am being confused about memorizing both the English words and phrases and even well cammanding them though i can recognize them while i note them on paper

Perhaps it is time to take a different approach? I love learning by watching movies. Is it possible for you to stop learning English on paper and start watching English speaking films, not dubbed films but films made by English speaking people? Also it sounds like italki.com is the best place for you to be. Perhaps you can start conversing with someone here regularly.
