Help finding a Korean Drama's Name?

Hi, so I have seen a few episodes of a Korean drama revolving around the kidnapping of a little girl named Saet-Byul.  The other thing that stands out is a character that is in some manner involved in the kidnapping or something else heinous and he wears a red suit and black shirt.  Does anyone know this drama's name?
