I tried alot to  speak flawless english but everything was wortless.I know grammer and vocublary.

But whenever I speak english ,I make mistake and I forgot words and grammer .It effects my professional life also.Please help me .

Learning any language can be frustrating, and English can be particularly difficult for other language groups due to our pronunciation, spelling, collocations, idioms etc.

 

My advice would be twofold:

1) Practice common phrases you can use in many situations to give you confidence that you are understood

2) Use filler phrases that will slow the conversation and give your brain time to catch up. For example, if you are asked a question you could say, "Let me think about that... I think/agree/disagree... and..."

 

These techniques might not be suitable long term, but for now they might help your confidence. Ihope that helps, Andi

Mistakes when learning a new language is inevitable. You make mistakes and you get corrected. That is the way to learn new things, generally. Don't be too sad about that. It is just a matter of time.

i meet the same problem, however Andi is right, by the way practice more, let the native english speaker modifies you.
