Yell and hold my ankle, whilst looking at the referee. If he doesn't give a free kick I will promptly get up and yell insults in his general direction.

As for the video; adrenaline. She fell and it unleashed a massive amount of adrenaline. She'll feel it later on in her muscles.

It never happened to me but I think I would be very embarrassed ! I would look around me to check if nobody saw me and continue like never happened. Even if there is a lot of people around, haha. I hope that somebody would help me too
If I am with my friend, I think I would laugh haha ! That's for sure !
