Living one´s age

I´ve read recently a short note in Arabic saying that he or she who acts in the age of 50 as he or she were at 20, looses 30 years from his life. That´s true. I love this saying, it expresses a lot and reflects ou reality. Many people have hard time to live their ages and pretend that they are still young by rejecting the idea of being or getting old. The worst is that "the famous" ones among them who serve as models for this generation refuse even to say how old they are assuming that it will affect their reputation or their way of life and keep spending fortune in "young looking" such as dresses, make-up, hair-cuts etc.. I hope if one can try to live his age as he does for his moment, it will make him or her the happiest person in the world and give a chance to the others to act the same.
