When you can't help yourself

Last night after our semi routine nightly phone call, I told myself that I was never gonna call her again. She said something that made both of us sad enough times for making me make such that decision. Last night was a deep blue night. Last night!
I started today in that kind of way, tired and gloomy, but she called me in the middle of the day, with her kind voice, kind words... It's not easy to be in this kind of situation. And yes, I called her just before writing this and we had our usual nightly talk about what happened today and blah blah blah.
When you like someone, your reasoning won't work properly, it can't! Although you feel this sooner or later, you're gonna pay the price for it.

I start today such that way, tired and gloomy, but she called me in the middle of day, with her kind voice, kind words... It's not easy to be in this kind of situation. And yes, I called her just before writing this and we have our usual nightly talk about what happened today and bla bla bla.
When you like someone, your reason can't work properly, it shouldn't! Although you feel that sooner or later, you're gonna pay a high price for it.
