Today I’m going to write about my next trip. I have planed to travel to Madrid in two weeks. This will be a business trip because we have a training with one of our biggest customers. The trip will be for three days and the accommodations will be in a hotel near Santiago Bernabéu stadium. We have a concentrated (full) schedule because there are lots of themes(topics) to discuss and not much time to develop them. I ‘m responsible for one of 5 sections that comprise the whole course. Three departments will participate in the course; sales, marketing, and the technical department. I hope I will enjoy this experience and learn a bit more about customer communication.
