Dear A Young, it's a very interesting topic to think about. I share your opinion about animals shows, it's inhumane to treat animal like a puppet. My reasoning is the same for zoos, even if animal is born in a zoo it still has it's own nature which is wild and free. But I think that most of people who are working in zoos actually love animals and care about them. So, I think there is no bad intention... Still, curious people could find different way to learn something about the nature of wild animals, for example we could read about them, why do we have to see them in person... Or if you really want to meet them them go in wilderness on an adventure, risk little bit :-) what do you reckon about that?

Dear Anna, In zoos animals are held in captivity and are not free. Rather don't use it as an option to support your idea.
