The weather changed suddenly overnight. Yesterday, it was sunny and warm, but today it turned to rainy and cold. The temperature plummeted from the twenties to single digits. Since we have entered into February, we are in spring now. But it felt like we have gone back to winter, and it is feeling even colder. There is an old saying that sometimes spring days can be colder than winter. Because of the weather, I didn’t run today.
