I am pleased that I didn’t indulge in eating snacks today. When I walked
past the little fridge which had my snacks on the top, I successfully resisted
the temptation of eating them, except for two little cashew nuts. As a reward, I
went to the cafeteria and had a bowl of Cantonese style boiled congee with fish
for dinner in the evening. Hahaha. Yet, it was just a little portion, not too much. I
hope I can stay on a diet. With snacks, I only eat little quantities for
times when I get very hungry and have nothing else to eat.
