you can use 씨 with last N first N full name but not with kind of position. 님 can use with it but not last name.

cute/pretty/beautiful --> 귀엽다,예쁘다,아름다운 but I think the word for beautiful is not used to often, especially to describe people. e.g. Jieun is pretty. 지은이 예뻐요. but 예쁘다 is also commonly used to describe other things, like clothes, jewelry, etc.
