There is no difference between sorun and problem sorun is originally turkish, problem is a borrowing word. (But in maths we use only problem as math problem/quiz) Sıkıntı is more general. You can use it both instead of sorun/problem and for boredom, discomfort, bother, trouble, difficulty etc.
