Slang A man regarded as virile and sexually active. As pronounced, "stallion" rhymes with "Italian." But there is another interesting aspect. The quotation is from the movie "Rocky," which starred and was written by Sylvester Stallone. Stallone is Italian-American--actually Sicilian-American--and of course his last name resembles the word "stallion." I can't find it now but I'm sure I've read that Stallone had the nickname "Italian Stallion" at one point in his life.
