Yeah there’s a lot of irony, thats why it’s confusing. The basic structure is “你把我说得…” which means “you make me sound…” 未免 is just a supportive adverb, and whatever the description comes after that.

你subject +未免adv.+把我说的vt object + 太经不起考验了clause which modify the object
