Today we left Jinghong city for Menglunzhen county, where there is a 5A level scenic spot: Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden. We passed Manyuan Village on the way and saw traditional Dai(Tai) Minority folk houses, which looked like cute big mushrooms (picture 3). When we got to Menglunzhen (I guess you mean the town), we found that it was quite clean, decorated with flowers everywhere. The person at the hotel front desk recommended a restaurant serving local cuisine. It was a lovely place. We had the most delicious and authentic Dai food on the trip so far.
