I do not agree with this opinion. First of all, paying for a higher level of education is necessary for both teachers and students. Teacher must use their gray matter to find the best way to teach students effectively and the tuition fees are their reward because of their work. Besides that, when students have to pay fees to get a higher education, they will try to learn harder because they know that their money can't be wasted. Therefore, they will have more motivation and pay attention to all lessons. In short, I think tuition fees should be paid to get a higher level of education. This is my opinion. How about yours?
