In general, I follow the “I Do, We Do, You Do” model, along with the 70:30 principle, which encourages more student talk time compared to teacher talk time. I incorporate a range of teaching styles including the Demonstrator, Facilitator, Delegator, and Hybrid styles, depending on what best supports the student’s learning. I strongly believe that effective teaching comes from the ability to adjust and respond to the student, ensuring that every class is meaningful, engaging, and focused on progress.
